Classycare Permanent Placement Fees

All placements 10% of gross annual salary plus VAT (once off fee)- Payment Plans optional.
NB: Minimum Placement fee CHF850 + VAT
International placements (outside Switzerland)
15% of gross annual salary (one off fee)

✶A non-refundable 200CHF is required in order to commence the nanny/candidate search for permanent placements and maternity nurse placements. For temporary nanny placements a 150CHF plus VAT deposit is required prior to commencement of the search.

Classycare Temporary Assignments for Nannies

Starter pack 350CHF + VAT
Provision of draft template employment contract, example payslip and advice on social contributions, taxes, insurances, pensions and work permits (families to complete forms and contracts themselves). Included at no cost in ALL permanent placements.

• Standard Booking Fee – CHF25.00 per day
• Emergency Booking Fee (within 24 hour's notice) – CHF50.00

Social contributions, Taxes and Accident Insurances for your Babysitter
The Employer / Family is responsible for submitting the AHV/AVS social contributions and Taxes for the Babysitters (Income taxes only if Babysitter has a L or B Permit otherwise Babysitters with a C Permit or Swiss Residency will submit their own taxes). The family also has ensure they have the relevant accident insurances for employing household staff.
Please ensure you are registered as an Employer with your local AHV/AVS and keep track of the number of hours that the Babysitter/s have worked for you as well as ask them for their AHV / AVS number. Please submit each new Babysitter’s details that works for you to the AHV / AVS within 30 days of the Babysitting - if a Babysitter is under the age of 25 and does not earn more than 750CHF per annum with the Employer, there is no need to submit the AHV / AVS for that Babysitter. You can submit the AHV / AVS by submitting the Simplified AHV / Tax Form so as to include the Tax at Source with your AHV registration - please contact your local AHV / AVS office for this information or ask the Classycare office for advice.
Classycare is not the Employer of the Babysitters - the Individual / Family making the babysitting booking is the Employer and hence needs to take care of all legal deductions and contributions.

Classycare Babysitter Hourly Rates

• Standard Hourly Rate - CHF30.00 per hour (paid directly to the babysitter by the family)
• Sunday & Public Holiday Hourly Rate - CHF36.00 per hour (paid directly to the babysitter by the family)
• Christmas Day & New Year's Eve - CHF36.00 per hour (paid directly to the babysitter by the family)

The agency booking fee is non-refundable after the babysitter confirmation is made. If cancellation of the babysitter made by you the client within three hours of start time, a minimum of three hours will be charged to you and will be forward onto the babysitter. If we are unable to confirm your babysitting booking - a full refund of the agency will be given. Classycare babysitting rates are competitive and set at the current market rate in the regional areas.

There is a minimum booking of three hours to ensure that the babysitting job is viable. In our experience the combination of the hourly rate and the minimum booking of three hours provide the balance required to ensure our professional babysitters are prepared to attend bookings.

Classycare Overnight Care/Proxy Parents
Daily booking fee CHF30 plus CHF50 admin fee.
RMB can provide overnight care for our clients and depending on your requirements and needs these costs vary from region to region. Please contact your area office to discuss further. Many clients employ a proxy parent/temp live in nanny to enable them to go away on business or a break away without the children. We can also provide care for families, that may have someone in hospital or having another baby and require help.
